Meet the TelePro Consulting Team

Mark Gibson

Mark assumes the role of our Founder and Principal after identifying the need for telemarketing recruiting, training and operational enhancements in his professional experience the past few years.  Mark’s diverse background has included behavioral healthcare, and the US Air Force in a multitude of roles over the past 28 years.  This experience included administration, quality assurance, operational programming and business development.   Mark obtained his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Services with a concentration in mental health in 2007. In addition to having an infectious passion for being a part of business start ups, he takes great pride in giving others an opportunity to change and grow, both personally and professionally.  Mark originally hails from New Jersey moving to South Florida in 2013. He credits his fiance Kimi for being a steadying supportive force in his professional development.

Karina Arias

My name is Karina Arias, and I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Florida. Growing up here has shaped my love for sunshine, the ocean, and the vibrant energy that comes from being part of a diverse and connected community and family. As someone with Argentinian and Cuban roots, my Hispanic culture has always played a big role in my life—family gatherings full of food, laughter, and music are a constant reminder of where I come from and what I value. In my free time, I enjoy going to the beach, playing soccer, and spending time with my family and friends, especially my beautiful fiance and soon to be wife. Whether it’s a casual get-together or a day outdoors, being surrounded by the people I love is something I truly cherish.

I currently serve as the Human Resources Manager/Director. In this role, I wear many hats to help keep the company running smoothly. I oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and conflict resolution. From handling contracts and licenses to supporting team morale and operational systems, I take pride in being the bridge between our employees and the organization’s success.

What I love most about working at TelePro is the people. Business will always be business, but what makes this place special is how family-oriented and inclusive it is. We come from all walks of life, and yet we’ve created a culture where everyone feels seen, supported, and valued. It’s a workplace where teamwork and authenticity thrive—where you’re not just a number, but a part of something bigger. Being part of a company that balances professionalism with heart has made my journey here deeply rewarding, and I’m proud to contribute to a team that truly feels like family.

Luis Collado

My name is Luis Collado, and I’m proud to say I come from both Manhattan, New York and the Dominican Republic—two places that have deeply shaped who I am. I was raised in a vibrant Spanish-culture family where togetherness is everything. We’re a big, close-knit family, and we rarely let a weekend pass without spending time together. Whether we’re gathering to cook, share a meal, or simply enjoy each other’s company, that sense of unity is the heart of who we are.

When I’m not with family or working, I enjoy life’s simple and meaningful pleasures—watching movies, hitting the gym, taking long walks on the beach, trying new foods, and traveling whenever I get the chance. Exploring the world and new experiences keeps me grounded and inspired.

What I love most about my job is that I get to be part of something truly special. I take pride in every aspect of what I do, from managing and guiding the team, to mentoring others and helping them grow. Watching people succeed and knowing I played a role in that is incredibly fulfilling.

To me, TelePro isn’t just a company—it’s a family. It’s a place where I’ve found belonging, purpose, and personal growth like never before. I’ve never experienced a workplace that feels this connected, this motivated, and this genuine.
